Billy was my cousin. He passed away from cancer. Im not sure when. He lived in Philadelphia, Pa, and was married to Sandy and had one step daughter, Terri and a son from that marriage Billy. He is preceded in death by his parents William and Catherine Apple and sister Loretta Apple and a brother Richard who passed after Bill. He also has one other brother Paul who lives in Flordia. He was a sweet person.
