Kenneth Bales was born 13 September 1918, in Second Point, Valley County, near Glasgow in the state of Montana.
Kenneth married 17 July 1939, Lillian Iolene Miller, accepting her 6 month old daughter as his own. By 1948 they had three more children, two sons and another daughter.
He was preceded in death by his parents, all but one of his siblings, his wife of 68 years, Lillian Iolene Miller Bales and their oldest son, Kenneth Duane Bales. He is survived by a son, daughter and step-daughter, 11 grand-children and 13 great-grand-children.
