JOHN BANOCZI, 87, died Sunday at his Hemet home. A native of Visnov, Czechoslovakia, Mr. Banoczi lived in Hemet 17 years. He was a tool machinist at Hughes Aircraft for many years.
He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Mr. Banoczi is survived by his wife; two sons; a daughter; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three sisters.
The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Wednesday at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church. Burial was in San Jacinto Valley Cemetery. Miller-Jones Mortuary in Hemet handled arrangements.
