Ruth Agnes Anderson was one of three daughters, and the third of six children, born to George Anderson and Edith McKnight. According to records found on line after being born in Saskatchewan, the family lived in Vancouver, British Columbia. By the 1930 US Census, the Anderson family were living in Detroit. When Ruth Anderson married Glen Albert Archer on April 8, 1939 in Detroit, Ruth was working as a teacher. Sometime after the 1950 US Census Ruth and Glen moved to California apparently. There are no records any children were born to Ruth and Glen.
