Born Oct 23, 1920 in Helena, Montana and passed away Dec. 18, 2004 in Auburn, California. A graduate of UC Berkley, W. W. II Veteran and Career Forrester with the US Forest Service, Upon retirement from the forest service he worked 25 years with Wetsel-Oviate Lumber Company. He lived in Placerville the last 45 years and was a long time member of Rotary and SIRS. He will be remembered as a man of his word, where a handshake sealed all deals. Memorial Service will be Wednesday, Dec 22 at 1 p.m. at Chapel of the Pines."
