She is survived by her daughters Bonnie Hauser (Nick) Dixon and Joanette Hauser (Boyce) Atkinson, four grandchildren Erika Ward, Chad Dixon, Cherie Tan and Cortney Caudill, five great-grandchildren, sister Mrs. Tommy Lee Burch, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Richard D. Hauser, son Reagan S. Hauser, grandson Derek C. Dixon, granddaughter Carrie Atkinson, mother Mary M. Reagan, father Thomas H. Reagan, sister Mary Fern Hood, maternal grandparents Robert and Alvina Murphy, and great-grandparents Jeorg and Fredricke Buchsenschutz.
Descendent of Georg Heinrich Buchsenschutz, a Mexican-American War veteran, and wife, Friederike Schulmeier, who are buried in the historic Texas family cemetery established in 1881, Atlas #5507013797 (2001); cemetery located on the original farm homestead in Wetmore, Texas, now incorporated into the northside city of San Antonio.
