Mrs. Emma Elizabeth Kuhn, aged 91, died at Maysville Sunday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. G. B. Simmons, following a lingering illness. Mrs. Kuhn was one of Grant County's oldest citizens.
Born in Maysville May 10, 1865, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Mary (Gray) Hawk. Her husband, H. W. Kuhn, died in 1926. Mrs. Kuhn was a member of Otterbein Evangelical United Brethren Church.
She is survived by three other daughters, Mrs. Stella Cosner and Mrs. W. T. May, both of Maysville, and Mrs. F. A . Blesse, Richmond, Va., and three grandchildren.
Funeral services are being held this (Wednesday) afternoon at the Brick Church of the Brethren with the Rev. Levi Ziegler, officiating. Interment will be in the Kuhn Family Cemetery.
Arrangements are in charge of Schaeffer's Funeral Service.
