Our mother died peacefully on her birthday just after we sang Happy Birthday to her. She was born in Rome, GA to Spencer Potts and Myrtis Louise Cook, she had one loving sister, Betty Ruth Eichhorn. Our mother was surrounded by her husband of 60 years, Martin F. Cullen, Sr., and their 5 children, Martin F. Cullen, Jr., Diana Cullen Campbell, Melinda Cullen Allen, Paula Cullen Margonie and Pamela Cullen Bellinger. She is also a grandmother to 15 and a great grandmother to 20. Our mother worked for the US GAO office in Washington DC. She loved to travel and when our family was fortunate enough to live in Germany, she took full advantage of it! She told me she loved to go dancing after school when her family moved to Baltimore, MD in the 1950's. One day our father was playing baseball and as our Mom walked by she said to him "Martin! I know your name!" She will be loved, missed by all of us for the rest of our lives. mca
