Harold (Dewey) Lee Smidt was born in Oregon City on November 11, 1937. He passed away April 9, 2016.

He graduated from Molalla High School in 1955.Dewey belonged to Molalla Masonic Lodge 178 AF & AM; Scottish Rite of Freemasonry and Nut Growers Association.

He is survived by his wife,daughter,two sons,two brothers, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
