Rosemary Tucker Hughes, 84, of Tollesboro died Wednesday, July 7, 2010 .She was born on November 13, 1925, to John and Bessie Walton Tucker.
Survivors include her children, Bessie (Tyrone) Berry of Germantown, Ethel Staggs of Brookville, Irene Defiore of Germantown, Brenda McDowel of Brooksville, Debbie (Larry) England of Brooksville, Donna (Rick) Pollitt, of Tollesboro, Tammy (Brian) Gannon of Dayton, Ohio, and Roy Hughes (Denna) of Mason County; One sister Lillian Wells , 29 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, and for great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Hughes, five children, Margaret Hardin, Opal Holland, Mary Jane Berry, Diane Atkins , Linda Kay Hughes, One brother, Howard Tucker, and two sisters, Ann Glaze and Abbie Grabeth.
Services were at 10 AM Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Palmer Funeral Home in Germantown with burial at Maple Grove Cemetery.
