William (Bill) G. Rollman, age 65, of Austin and Rockport, passed away Saturday, August 4, 2001.
Preceding him in death are his parents, John and Catherine Rollman, and sister, Charlotte Wittmer, of New Jersey.
He will be missed and remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda, of 39 years; daughters, Kathy Ratliff and husband Rick, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Judy Wiggins and husband Tim, of Pensacola, Florida; seven grandchildren, Christopher, Jennifer, Amanda, Abigail, Addison, William and Elizabeth; brother, Robert Rollman and his family of New Jersey; and an extended family of sisters-in-law, brothers-inlaw, nieces and nephews.
Bill retired from the Air Force in 1974 after 20 years service and then from IRS in 1998. He was an active member of American Legion, VFW, and lifetime member of the G.I. Forum in Rockport.
Bill was a generous outgoing individual and leaves a host of friends he has made along the way.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 8, 2001, at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home, with Reverend Gordon Bergstrom officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
