Mr. Klingler was born January 18, 1940 in Clay County, IL, the son of Adam and Catherine Weber Klingler. He married Dixie Meyers, March 11, 1978 in Flora, IL.
He was a farmer and a member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Wendelin.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are sons, Nolan, Thomas, Shane Jelly, and Dan Klingler; daughters, Barbara Klingler and Kimberly Klingler; brothers, Dennis and Neal; a sister, Margaret Travis; a grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Richard Klingler.
Services were held at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Wendelin with burial in the Holy Cross Cemetery.
