Ralph passed away on March 27,2017 at WM Regional Medical Center at the age of 62.
He was the son of the late Thurman A. and Charlotte E. Johnson-Fultz.He was also preceded in death by his foster parents who raised him, Thomas and Ann Hesse.
Ralph is survived by his wife Carol Sue "Susie" Adams-Fultz.
He also is survived by two sons Shaun Linwood Fultz of Keyser,W.V. and William Adam Fultz of Bayard,W.V., three sisters, Linda(Robert) Shatzer of In.,Roselee(Mike) Garrison of Augusta,W.V.and Lila Mellert of Huntington,W.V.
Four brothers, James Fultz of Rig,W.V.,Larry Fultz of Delaware, Leon(Jean) Allen Fultz of Bayard,W.V. and Patrick Fulz of Romney,W.V. and one foster brother, Elmo(Annabelle) Hesse of Maysville,W.V.
Ralph was an organ donor and his wishes were to be cremated.

He was a logger for Huffman Logging and former miner for Mettiki Coal Co. and maintenance laborer for power plant contractor. He was a former member of the Mount Storm Lions Club. A sportsman of fishing and hunting, he enjoyed taking youths on fishing trips and had a special fishing buddy, Tommy.
