Valerie Inniss Bertrand was a gift and a blessing to all who knew her A loving mother, strong believer, devoted sister and caring friend. Valerie referred to as "Val" by all who knew he, was tall and attractive woman with a warm personality, joyful spirit, and hilarious sense of humor. Though a woman of stature, she was light on her feet and no stranger to the dance floor. She was also a talented jazz and gospel singer. To cherish her memory her five children, two sister's and brother, a daughter in law and two grandsons and a host of family and friends.
