Ellen Allison, 86, of Kirbyville, TX passed away Sunday, January 28, 2007 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. She was born in Fred, TX. Horace Vaughn Allison, husband, Jimmy Allison, son and Buck Pierce brother preceded Ellen in death. A native of Beaumont she was a loving wife and mother. She and husband Horace lived in Beaumont for many years raising their family and later retired in Mount Union, TX. where they were long time residents. Survivors include her son Tommy Allison and wife Sandra of Silsbee and daughter - in - law Kris Allison of Splendora, sistes, Joyce Taylor and Irene Trapp. Three grandchildren Kimberly Moore and husband Mike of Lumberton, Michelle Hardy and husband Tom of Silsbee and Kurt Sistrunk and wife Norma of Galveston. Great grandchildren include Haley and Amber Moore, Jackson and Alex Hardy and Kyle and Marissa Sistrunk and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m. January 31, 2007 at E. E. Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville with burial to follow at Magnolia Springs Cemetery.
