DEATH: Feb. 23, 2017.

EDUCATION: 1955, South High School. Attended Dartmouth on an NROTC scholarship. Member of Kappa Sig. Graduate, 1959.

MILITARY: 1959 - 1965, United States Marine Corps. Camp LeJune, North Carolina. Captain. Participated in invasion of the Bay of Pigs.

MEMBER: Past president of the March of dimes, Valley Country Club, and the Dartmouth Alumni Association, Board member, Colorado Sports Hall of Fame, SE Denver Little League, American Cancer Society, and the American Heart Association.

PASTIMES: Spending time with Family. Playing Golf.

AMONG SURVIVORS: Wife of 57 years Jean, sons Mark (Kathleen) and John (Kristie), brother David, sister-in-law Jane Frincke, grandsons Joshua, Matthew, Nicholas, William and Jonathon.

SERVICES: 11AM, Saturday, March 4, 2017, at Grace United Methodist Church, 4905 E. Yale Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80222.

PRIVATE INTERMENT with full military honors: Fort Logan National Cemetery.
