Kelley, Shaun Christopher 6/29/1976 - 2/22/2017 Jackson, Michigan Shaun Christopher Kelley, who was 40 years old, passed away on Wednesday, 02-22-2017 in Jackson, MI due to a traffic accident. Shaun was born in Jackson, MI and graduated from Jackson High School. He later received his Bachelor's degree in sports management from Post University, after serving his internship with the City of Jackson Recreation Dept. in Youth Sports. Shaun was a part of the restaurant industry in the Jackson area for years and knew many of Jackson's residents. He was loved and respected by his family and many friends. Everyone knew of his passion for all things Maize and Blue, the Detroit Tigers and Red Wings. He was well known for his positive attitude, infectious smile, love of life, and was always up for an adventure. Shaun is preceded in death by his mother Christine L Kelley, grandparents Jean and Homer Kelley, Virginia and William Spencer, and survived by his father Craig L Kelley, stepmom Pat, sister Tara Kelley (Brian), brother Jamie Kelley (Amy), uncle Brent D. Kelley, uncle Rand C. Kelley, former wife Keisha and stepdaughters Erin and Deven, nieces Averie, Aimee, Maighdlin, Ella, Maura and nephews Alex (girlfriend Kali) and Finnegan. Shaun is also survived by his little dog pal Snickers. Visitation and services will take place on Monday, 2-27-2017, at South Jackson Community Church, 1024 West Kimmel Road (corner of S. Jackson and Kimmel) in Jackson, Mi 49201. Immediately following, a celebration of life will take place at the Pointe Bar & Grill located at 1200 Eagle Point Road, Clarklake, MI 49234.
