In addition to her parents, she also was preceded in death by her loving husband of 30 years in 1980, R. Patrick Aaron; and three sisters, Helena Adelman, Marion Morganthall and Nancy Day.
Mrs. Aaron was a graduate of Hagerstown High School and Hagerstown Business College. In addition to being a wife, mother and homemaker, she had worked in banking for the former Hagerstown Trust Co. Mrs. Aaron was Catholic by faith.
She is survived by five children, Christa D. Lamberson, Stephanie A. Dias, Douglas P. Aaron, and James E. Aaron, and Joseph F. Aaron; nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at Rest Haven Funeral Home, Hagerstown. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
