Issues Verdict of Suicide in Weaver Death
A verdict of suicide by hanging has been issued by Coroner Samuel T. Bowers in the case of James C. Weaver, 62, who resides near Cherry Creek and who was found hanging from a pipe in his barn about noon Monday by his wife. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Adelia Weaver of Cherry Creek; his wife, Eunice; two sons, Earl Weaver of Conewango Valley, and Andrew Weaver of Dunkirk; a daughter Mrs. Ethel Williams of Conewango Valley, and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p m. at the home.
