MILLICENT WELCH FOSTER Passed away January 18, 2008, in her home of 53 years, due to the ravages of cancer and a stroke. She was born February 17, 1923 in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania to Paul and Ada Welch. Her loving husband of 62 years, Ted, preceded her in death in May 2005. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Sherry Foster; her daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Daniel Curriston; and her beloved grandson, Matthew Foster and his bride Mirna. She also leaves many loving nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed but happily reunited with our Dad. Arrangements were by the Neptune Society, no services.
