Eileen Lees Moyer, 37, of Meadville, formerly of the Margaret E. Moul Home in York, died Tuesday at Meadville Medical Center.
The service will be 1 p.m. Friday at the LeRoy R. Leber Funeral Home Inc., 2290 School St., York. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery. There will be no viewing.
Miss Moyer was born July 19, 1964, in York. She was the daughter of the late Albert C. and Anne Louise (Lees) Moyer.
She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in York.
Miss Moyer is survived by two brothers, A. Charles "Chuck" Moyer II of Tucson, Ariz., and Kent Alan Moyer of York; a sister, Bonnie E. Miller of York; and nieces and nephews.
Officiating at the service will be her interim pastor, the Rev. Robert W. Sassaman and Helen Pinder, chaplain of the Margaret E. Moul Home.
