A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, Feb.1, 2017 at 10am at Saint James the Apostle Church, 45 South Springfield Avenue, Springfield, N.J.
Entombment will follow at St. Theresa's Cemetery, Summit, N.J.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Bradley Smith & Smith Funeral Home at 9am on Wednesday.
Born in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, N.Ireland.
Mary Ellen came to the United States in 1953, and lived in Kearny, N.J. for several years. She had lived in Springfield, N/J. for the past 44 years.
Mary Ellen enjoyed needlepoint, gardening, and cooking.
She was predeceased by her Beloved husband, Patrick McCafferty, her Beloved parents Margret and Joseph Casey, brothers Frank, Vincent, and Danny Casey, sisters, Mona T. Cunningham, and Sister Margret Mary Casey.
Mary Ellen is survived by her brothers, Dermot Casey, Brendan Casey, Brian Casey & Jerome Casey. And numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces & nephews, and their families.
