Sally Ann Ishman, 77, of formerly of Derrick City , passed away Monday, January 2, 2017 in New Port Richey, FL.

Born March 25, 1939 in Olean, NY she was a daughter of the late Albert L. ‘Roy’ and Mae (Holcomb) Shurwin.

She was formerly married to Jack Shick and Ernie Ishman who both preceded her in death.

She was a graduate of Bradford High School.

She had been employed by AirCo Speer, Swanson and Sons, Zippo Manufacturing and in the loan department at Penn Bank.

She was a member of the Board for Women's Intenations Board of Bowling, Board of Directors for the SPCA and participated in the Boy Scouts of America and Cub Scouts as a Den Leader and aid to troops. She was Past President of Phi Beta Psi, a member of American Legion Women's Auxiliary and Past President of Paradise Post #79 American Legion in New Port Richey, FL and former member and Past President of Women of the Moose Chapter 330 in Bradford.

She is survived by a son, William Shick of Duke Center and a granddaughter, Jennifer Schaming of Derrick City and her companion, Ed Miller of Hudson, FL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Debora Shick Schaming on May 11, 1985, a sister, Frances Stack and a brother, Robert Shurwin.

Graveside services will be held at McKean Memorial Park at a time and date to be announced.

Memorial contributions, if desired, can be made to the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Awareness, McKean County SPCA or to the charity of the donor's choice.
