Claire Swanson, age 71 of Catskill, NY, died Thursday, March 10, 2005 at Columbia County MC in Hudson, NY.
Mrs. Swanson was born April 18, 1933 in New York City. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Ethel (Toth) Cozier.
She was formerly employed by the Travelers Insurance Co. of Yonkers, NY.
She is survived by her husband Donald Swanson, two daughters: Tara Shoureck and Geralyn Swanson and one son, Donald Swanson. She is also survived by her brother: Edward Cozier, and her grandchildren Thomas and Alana. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a hospice or animal shelter of your choice.
The funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday March 14, 2005 at 10:00 at St. John The Baptist Church, 670 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Hastings On Hudson, NY.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 7 - 9 p.m. at F. RUGGIERO & SONS, Inc., 732 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, NY.
