Bio information from Chris Muller 49095096:
This John Kudlak was a cousin of my Great Grandfather - also John Kudlak - both coming from Wyleva, Galicia (Austrian empire at the time; now in Poland.) They came to the US around the same time.

Kudlak immigration records:
August 1902 Joan Hudlack (Male, age 24) from Wylewa Galicia came to Wheeling, West Virginia (illegible contact on Jacobs Street; see below)

March 30, 1905 Jan Kudlak age 32 (?) from Wylewa, Galicia came to visit cousin Jan Kudlak in Wheeling West Virginia (Jacobs Street)

Both Kudlak cousins soon after settled in Austin, Pennyslvania - where they both appear on the 1910 census; this John Kudlak and family appear with slight modification of the name:

1910 US Census Potter Co., Austin boro, PA
John Cudlock Head 31 years of age, 5 years marriage born Austria/Poland father: Austria Poland mother. Austria Poland 1901 (2?) immigrant to US alien speaks Hungarian labor at saw mill working; 0 weeks unemployed, reads, writes, owns free house
Kate Cudlock wife 27 years of age F W 5 years marriage 3 of 3 children alive:
