Eldora (Dode) F. Boucher, 95, of Edmond, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday afternoon, January 26, 2017 at Touchmark in Edmond.

Born July 29, 1921, in Longdale, Oklahoma, Eldora was the daughter of Charles Wesley Page and Lela Edith (Riley) Page. She was raised and received her education in Longdale, graduating from Longdale High School in 1939.
She married Walter Henry Boucher on December 25, 1938. They lived in Canton, Oklahoma, and later in Seiling, Oklahoma. Eldora was a fulltime homemaker and mother while her children were home. In 1962, she took a position with Pioneer Telephone in Seiling, where she worked until retiring.

In her free time, Eldora enjoyed gardening, needlework, reading, and dancing.
She was an avid fan of OU sports and OKC Thunder basketball. She was a member of the Seiling United Methodist Church.

She is survived by children, Troy Boucher and wife, Michelle, of Winfield, Ks.; Kathleen Boucher Brown of Edmond, Ok.; and Terry Boucher, Lakewood, Co.; grandchildren Brian Boucher, Jimmy Boucher, Kara Doke McGuire, Ryan Doke, Jeromy Boucher, Stephen Boucher, and Ashley Boucher Donalson; and eleven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Eldora was preceded in death by her sisters, Ethel Pharis, Elva Eubank, Cecil Marble, Mabel Kirkham, and Bonnie Campbell; and her granddaughters Leslie Boucher and DeAnn Boucher.

Memorials have been established with the Seiling Hospital Medical Fund. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
