Lydia “Danyell” Straley, 29 of Justice, departed this life on Monday, December 12, 2016 from Pikeville Medical Hospital. Born May 28, 1987 she was the daughter of Dora Ann Lester. Danyell was preceded in death by her grandparents: Roscoe & Lydia Lester; cousin: Randy Dale Wykle Jr. Danyell attended the Justice United Methodist Church. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Those left to love and cherish the memory of Danyell and to mourn her passing include her loving husband: Martin Straley of Justice; her mother: Dora Ann Lester of Varney; brother: Clifford “Sammy” Webb of Huntington; 2 sisters: Kristen Riffe of Chesapeake, Hope Hatfield of North Springs; 3 aunts: Charlotte Wykle of Varney, Lisa (David) Hatfield of Oceana, Vicie Kolfee of Delbarton; 2 uncles: Roscoe (Susie) Lester of Delbarton, Ebby Lester of Hanover; many cousins, and a host of other dear family and friends. Friends may gather with the family on Friday, December 16, 2016 from 11-1pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will commence at 1:00 pm with the Rev. Clifford Rawls and Rev. David Hatfield officiating. Burial will follow in the North Springs Church Cemetery at North Springs. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
