David Allen Pennington, 51, passed away at his Indianapolis residence Tuesday. He was born February 8, 1955. He was preceded in death by his father Henry and his daughter, Lacey Partlow. Survivors include mother, Rose (Goff) Pennington; sons, David Pennington, Jr. and Gabriel Partlow; brothers, George, Charles, Tom, and Wayne Pennington; sisters, Juanita Donafrio, Judy Smiser, Diane Kidwell, Cathy Dunbar, and Darlene Pennington; several nieces and nephews; and friend, Mike Sexson.
