Alex A. Roman, age 39, died January 1, 2017 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. He was born July 31, 1977 in Columbus, OH.
Alex was a part of the Columbus Gay Men’s Chorus, he had also previously been a part of the Columbus Symphony. He liked to fish and spend time with his family. Alex was a very loving, caring and dedicated father and uncle.
He is preceded in death by his father, Paul Roman; grandparents, Don (Maxine) Weiser; grandma, Malin; cousin, Erin Weiser.
Alex is survived by his wife of 14 years, Amy; children, Brendan, Isabella; mother, Kristine “Kris” Roman; brother, Eric (Billie) Roman; nieces and nephews, Dylan, Taylor, Brody, Zachary, Katelyn, Joseph, Samantha; grandparents, Pablo (Delia) Roman; and many other extended family.
Family and friends may visit 2-5:00 pm on Sunday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, OH 43110 where a funeral service, officiated by Rev. Dr. Jim Burge will be held at 10:00 am on Monday. Interment to follow at Union Grove Cemetery.
