David Roy Crocheck, 59, of Boone passed away December 18, 2016. A celebration of Life service will be 11:00 a.m. on December 31 at the Assembly of God Church.
David Roy Crocheck was born November 19, 1957 to Robert and Mary (Swyer) Crocheck. He enjoyed fishing, racing at the Boone Speedway and spending time with his family.
David is survived by one daughter, Janey Fisher; four sons, James Tracy, Jeramie Tracy, Jeff Tracy and Jason Tracy; two brothers Larry and Raymond Crocheck and two sisters; Kate Tyrie and Linda Kathman.
David is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert and Joseph and sister, Pat.
Schroeder Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
