Charles Robert Adams, better known as “Buster”, age 69 of 904 Garvey Road, Piney Creek, died Friday, December 9, 2016, at his home. He was born in Alleghany County on September 22, 1947 to the late Arza and Dorothy Jones Adams.
He is survived by a brother and spouse, Harold Dean and Nancy Adams of Piney Creek; a nephew, Gregory Dean Adams of Piney Creek; his aunts, Iva Saltz and husband, Jimmy, of Sparta, JoAnn Plummer and husband George of Piney Creek; several cousins and friends also survive.
The family request the honor of your presence at the funeral service to honor the life of Buster at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 12, 2016, in the chapel of Grandview Memorial Funeral Home with Elder Alvin Dixon and Elder Pete Hawks officiating. Interment will follow in the South Fork Cemetery at Piney Creek. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home and at other times at the home place.
