Wrightsville, Treva E. Abel, 90, died at Susquehanna Valley Nursing and Rehab Center in Columbia on December 7, 2016. She was the wife of the late Marlyn S. "Gummy" Abel.

Born August 25, 1926 in Wrightsville, Treva was the daughter of the late William and Ruth (Heiland) Campbell.

She was a member of Wrightsville Hope United Methodist Church.

Treva is survived by her son, Ed Haugh and his wife Judy of Landisville; her daughter, Robin Abel and her husband Neal of Wrightsville; and her granddaughter, Krista Boyce and her husband Brandon of Red Lion.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the Etzweiler Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, 700 Hellam St., Wrightsville, with her pastor, the Rev. James Wooster, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Wrightsville. A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the , 924-N Colonial Ave., York, PA 17403.
