Obituary for Mr. Don Dick Bear

Don Dick Bear, age 68 and a resident of Ocean Springs, died on December 1, 2016, at his residence in Ocean Springs.
Don was a native of Sedona, Arizona and a longtime resident of Ocean Springs. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Master Sergeant. During his military career, he received the Silver Star, the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, and many more distinguished honors. Don was owner and operator of a lounge and bail bonding company. He enjoyed riding his Harley. Don lived a beautiful life and had a heart that was deeply loved by many.
He was preceded in death by his father, Warren (Majorie) Dick; his mother, Lois Callie West and his brother, Dennis Dick.
Don is survived by his wife of 8 years, Raye Raye Bear; his children, John W. Dick, Raquel (Ed) Nickels, Kelly Dick, Dawn Amanda Bear, and Justin Bear; his stepdaughter, Casey D. Pope and his siblings, Diane Simons, Gary (Dixie) Aichele, and Gerald (Monti) Aichele.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Lung Association, the American Heart Association, or to the American Kidney Fund.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at 2:30pm at Biloxi National Cemetery.
