JUDIETH ANN MCQUEEN MAGEE, AGE 62

And a resident of the Lawrence Creek Community died at 10:30 pm Thursday December 1, 2016 at her home. She was a former longtime employee of the Washington Parish Council on Aging and a member of New Beulah Baptist Church near Tylertown. Judieth loved to play the piano and sing. She enjoyed doing genealogy for most of her life and liked to drink coffee while visiting with her family and friends. Judieth cherished the time spent with her grandchildren.

Brothers: Randy Magee of West Monroe,
Allen Dale Toney of Gainesville, FL
3 Granddaughters: Laken Breanna Magee,
Danica Lynn Magee,
Haylee Olivia Ann Magee
Great-granddaughter: Pailynn Leann LaRocca
Also numerous brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her biological parents Cleveland Monroe “Cleve” Magee and Harriet Rebecca Clark Magee, her adoptive parents Owen McQueen and Athelee Cooper Rabourn, sisters Vera Lewis, Ida Nell Magee, Iris Mitchell, Rita Penton, Helen Ridgedell, Linda Whitehead, Martha Graves Sellers, brothers Cleve H. Magee, Rickey Magee, Linnie Paul Keaton and half-sister Francie Townsend.

Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Saturday December 3rd from 9:30 am until 2 pm. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Eld. Mason Miley and Rev. Patrick Magee officiating. Burial will follow in the Melton Magee Family Cemetery.
