Larkin married Ora Emma Gilliland on October 14, 1903 in Springfield, Tennessee and they were the proud parents of Hayden Henry, Laura Elizabeth, Thelma Orene, Wallace Glenn, Raymond Larkin and Wanda Lee.
He later married Inez Louise Guier Jefferson on Nov. 30, 1957 in Clifton, Arizona
