Born in Olney, IL the daughter of Justin Peter and Edna Marie Kapper.
She was retired from Hallmark, Inc. and remained close friends with many of her fellow workers. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, Bartlett, and a volunteer at Ava Maria Home. Jo was a loving wife and mother and a friend to all.
She was preceded in death by her son, Joshua Matthew Aiken, her parents, her brothers, Melvin and Father Loren Kapper, and her nephew Eric Kapper.
She is survived by her husband, Bruce Aiken, her sister, Karen Rowland (Jim), her aunt Geraldine Kapper, and her niece, Desiree Williams (Jeff).
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 6 at St Ann Catholic Church, Bartlett, in the St. Joachim Chapel.
Local arrangements are pending at Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney.
