ABBOTT, Lewis Edward Jr. of Trenton, Ohio and formerly of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Tuesday morning, November 15, 2016 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. Born February 12, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio, Lewis was the son of Lewis Edward and Edna Mae (nee Barlow) Abbott and was a loving son, father, grandfather and brother. Lewis was a 1970 graduate of Lebanon High School and was retired from Propipe in Middletown, Ohio where he was a Foreman.

Preceded in death by his parents; Lewis leaves behind his loving children Brian Abbott of Hamilton, Randy Abbott of Colorado, Heather Abbott of Dayton, Chrissy (Tim) Hasty of Dayton and Trisha (Jason) Van Hoosier of Paynesville; brother Mike (Kathy) Abbott of Lebanon, Ohio; sisters Mickey (Jimmy) Dillon of South Lebanon, Ohio and Francie (John) Springer of Pleasant Plain, Ohio; step children Tiffany (Matt) Lamance of Trenton, Kim (Travis) Baker of Franklin, Ohio and Nancy Qualls of Florida; grandchildren Terrence, Derek and David Howard Ii, Brenden and Brianna Garner, Stephanie, Melanie, Chloe' and Srah Van Hoosier, Bennie and Madison Lamance, Cameron, Abigail and Clare Baker and Brenda Qualls and many other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Tufts officiating. Burial will follow in the Turtlecreek Cemetery, Lebanon, Ohio.
