Jack passed away peacefully in his 75th year surrounded by loved ones at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Jack was a fighter and battled many illnesses over the past few years. May he finally get some peace.
Loving and devoted husband of 40 years to his wife Helen. Loving father to son Jack (Krystle) Sykes, and daughter Jennifer (George ) Vergos as well as loving papa to his seven grandchildren Casta, Peter, Dimitri, Elianna, Abigail, Natasha, and Lilian.
Jack will be sadly missed by siblings Linda, Clare, Ed, Earl, and Danny, as well as many neices, nephews and friends.
Jack's family extends a warm thank you to the nurses, doctors, and staff at St. Joseph's Hospital for all of their wonderful care.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held at the LG Wallace Funeral Home, Hamilton on Monday, October 10 from 2 - 4 pm.
