JACKSON — Mrs. Mary M. L. Sieck, a former Jackson resident, died Friday in Evergreen Park, Ill.
Mrs. Sieck was the wife of the Rev. John H. C. Sieck, who was pastor of the Shawneetown Lutheran Church, in Shawneetown.
She was 76 years old. Mrs Sieck was born March 28, 1900, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Fritz Lentz.
One son, Gilbert Sieck, also preceded her in death. Surviving; son, Ervin Sieck, Evergreen Park, Ill.; daughters, Mrs. Eloise Steele,
Hazelcrest, Ill., Mrs. Marian Kasten, Crestwood, Mrs. Mildred Burges, Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Ruth Chatis, High Ridge; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson after 4 this afternoon. Service will be held at 2 Monday afternoon at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson with the Rev. Walter Keisker, interim pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
