He is also survived by one son, Tom (wife, Susie) Adams of Phoenix, Arizona, one daughter, Charie Collier of Springfield, one grandson, Wade Collier; three brothers, Robert L. (wife, Marcelle) Adams of Jacksonville, Kenneth (wife, Jan) Adams of Chico, California, and Harold (wife, Pam) Adams of Tallahassee, Florida; six sisters, Mary Rose of Ashland, Ruth (husband, Mervan) Bettis, Doris (husband, David) Snider, Nancy (husband, Ray) Allen, all of Jacksonville, and Carole (husband, Paul) Rose of Pittsfield, and Susan (husband, David Brune) Tweedy of Meredosia; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother, John Adams.
Mr. Adams was a longtime farmer in the Jacksonville area and a member of the Kaskaskia Field Trial Club.
Services were entrusted to Williamson Funeral Home of Jacksonville, Illinois.
