Mildred Louise Clement, 92 of Knob Noster, Missouri passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.

Mildred was born February 14, 1924 in Beardstown, Illinois the daughter of George and Virgie (Walbert) Gibbons. She graduated from Beardstown High School in 1942. She was married to Harold Huppers in 1942. Harold preceded her in death in 1942 while serving during World War II. She married James Clement in 1947. Mildred lived in Arcadia, Illinois for the majority of her life. Later, she resided in Oklahoma several years to be closer to her son, Terry. In the early 1990s, she moved to Knob Noster to be near her daughter, Patsy. Mildred loved crocheting.

Survivors include daughter: Patsy Smith of Knob Noster, MO; son: Terry Clement of Blair, OK; two brothers: Donald Gibbons and wife, Lea of Beardstown, IL and Jerry Gibbons and wife, Janette of Lewistown, IL; four grandchildren: Kim Oldham of Knob Noster, MO; Troy Smith of Danville, IN; Teri Lynn Hasty of Blair, OK and Chad Clement of Blair, OK; seven great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. In addition to her first husband, Harold, she was preceded in death by her second husband, James; grandson: Todd L. Smith; and brother: George Gibbons.

Following cremation, no services are planned.
