Jim was born and lived in Winthrop, Massachusetts for 39 years. He resided in Saugus, Mass. with his wife, the late Marie "Snookie" (Ciampi) Anderson. Jim was survived by his Daughter Victoria (Costa) Beaver of Saugus, Sons Rocco Costa of Everett, James Costa of Malden. His brothers Ronald of New York, Charlie of Maine and Sisters, Ellie Doherty of Maine and Betty Guarino of Medford, Massachusetts. Jim was employed for many years with the IBM Corporation and Mitre Corporation in Bedford, Massachusetts.
