Lucy was the fifteenth child of Edmond and Josephine (Corrriveau)Lemay. She was born on 13 Dec 1919 in Cohoes, NY. After graduating 8th grade at St Marie's School she went to study to become a nun. She returned home do to poor health and went to work in the cotton mills of Cohoes.
She married Andrew Bouchard on 5 Sept 1942.
