Arthur R. Schulz, 54, a life resident of Davenport, died in his home, 1827 West Sixth street, at 3 a.m. Tuesday, following an illness of the past six months.
Mr. Schulz was born Aug. 3, 1891 and attended the Davenport schools. He married Isabelle Wulf on July 20 1912 in Davenport.
Surviving are his wife: a daughter, Mr. Marian Armetta of Rock Island; three sons, Arthur, Jr., serving in the army and stationed in Japan, Robert of New York City, and Harold, at home; three grandchildren; a brother, R. H. Schulz of Chicago and a sister, Mrs. August Jacobsen of Letcher, S.D.
Funeral services will be held in the Runge chapel a5 2:30 p.m. Friday followed by burial in Mt. Calvary cemetery.
