Survived by wife, Martha; sons, Arthur, and Duane of CA, and Harold of WI; daughters, Elaine (Mrs. Douglas Anderson) of MN, and Gloria (Mrs. Dale Johnson) of Tucson; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; and seven great grand-children. Funeral services Tuesday 10 a.m. at the American Ev Lutheran Church, 115 N Tucson Blvd, with Pastor Arthur F. Mees officiating. Entombment South Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call Monday 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES Dodge Chapel, 1050 N Dodge Blvd. Mr. Aasland and family joined the American Lutheran Church in Tucson in 1951. He was a member of the A. L. C. Men's Organization and Veterans of WW1 Pima Barracks Post #218. The family suggests memorial contributions to California Lutheran Bible School or World Mission Prayer League.
