Mrs.Alice Lydia Brown, 55, died Saturday afternoon at her home in Eureka. She was born September 9, 1903, in Van Buren, Missouri. She had lived in Eureka for 52 years and was a member of the First Christian Church of Eureka.
Survivors include her husband, Gordon Brown, Eureka; children, Mrs. Julia Rash, San Francisco; Herschel Brown, Eureka; Darrell Brown, South San Francisco; Mrs. Beverly Lintner, South San Francisco; brother, Chester Richardson, San Francisco; sister, Mrs. Lillian Lake, San Francisco; eight grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3 pm. from Cooper Mortuary, Chapel of the Ferns. The Rev. Harold Ranton will officiate. Private inurnment will follow in Ocean View crematory.
