Thelma Marie Spicer born in Buffalo New York on July 22 1919 parents Clarence Wells father and Clara Gratch mother. Husband Fred W. Miller, son's Gerald D. Miller, Frederick G. Miller and James F. Miller. After Fred passed away, Thelma married Charles Spicer. She enjoyed life, music and dancing, going to church and loving God. Thelma never drove a car her entire life, however she enjoyed going here and there on roller skates. Thelma outlived all her brothers and sisters (9) two husbands and two sons, and 99% of her friends. Thelma lived a blessed and healthy life, and made friends everywhere she went. She lived a full life age 93 till she passed from natural causes on April 29 2013. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Always loved.
