Frances was the daughter of Albert Carl Adam and Marie Julienne Elmire "Mira" Albert Wichmann. Frances was the youngest of 10 siblings, Albert "Carl", Gladys Dorothy, Leonard Randolph, Clifford Raymond "Barney", Mildred Augusta, Albert Earl Frederick, Opal Bernice, Donavon Harry "Don", Pauline Marion and Oliver Angus.

Frances married, 1st, Louis Rigolo. They had one son, Steven Anthony, Sep 1952-Dec 2003. She married for a 2nd time to Ross Allan.

Allan, Frances--At K-W Hospital, on Friday, Dec. 4, 1992, Frances Allan (nee Wichmann) age 65 years, of 15 Lynden Ave., Kitchener. Dear mother of Steven Rigolo of Mississauga; loving grandmother of Anthony and Daniel; dear friend of Patty Welch of Kitchener; sister of Donovan Wichmann of California, Pauline Craymer of Kitchener, Opal Dobson of Seaforth, Mildred Briand of Florida. Predeceased by her parents, Albert and Elmira Wichmann, five brothers and one sister.
Friends and relatives may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral and committal service in the Ratz-Bechtel Chapel on Monday at 11 a.m. Father peter Watters officiating Cremation to follow.
