Private services are planned for Ivy H. Bukky, 75, of Madison who died Sunday at LakeWest Hospital in Willoughby after a lengthy illness. She was born May 11, 1911, in Cleveland, and had lived in Madison for 50 years. She was a member of St. Anne's-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church in Madison. Survivors are her sons, Harry, Gary, and Clyde of Madison; daughter, Linda Bukky of Madison; sister Annette Heatherly of California; brother George Heaton of Oregon; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Her husband William is deceased. Burial will be in North Madison Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Potti Funeral Home, 2726 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio.
