Albert Clinton Ratliff, 69, died at his home in Durham this morning after an illness of two months. He was a member of the Church of Christ and belonged to the I.O.O.F. For 45 years. He was born in Pike County, Ky.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Lavada Counts Ratliff; a son, Ernest of Montana, California; four daughters, Mrs. Opal Foster and Mrs. Ruth Stokes, both of San Francisco, and Mrs. Virginia Lewis and Mrs. Bernice Fish, both of Durham; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Shumate of Durham and Mrs. Mattie Tagencamp of Kansas City, Kansas, and two brothers, Richard of Durham and Charles of Prairie Grove.

Funeral services under direction of the Nelson-Savage Funeral Home are incomplete.

Funeral service for Albert Ratliff, 69, who died Tuesday, will be held at 2:30 tomorrow at the Durham school by the Rev. Robert Reed. Burial in the Shumate cemetery will be under direction of the Nelson-Savage Funeral Home.

Active pallbearers will be Noel Lewis, W.K. Clark, Dow Robbins, Ebb Robbins, Noah Robbins, Dodge Brink, Fadrell Hanna and John White. Honorary pallbearers will be Clyde West, Elmer Carter, Charlie Collins, Edd Jones, B. M. Shumate, Witt Carter, Lev Dorsey and L. L. Hopkins.
